the single biggest threat to the future of a free democratic prosperous America is OLIGARCHY! the concentration of wealth in the hands of the very very few. this has been the system for most of human history. Kings, emperors, "robber barons" and today's ultra -wealthy.

This has happened at least twice before inn modern history 1890-1906 and 1920s. Both times ended in Great Depressions. Remember 2011. Housing bubble and Bank crash?

Nobody gets "free stuff" but the ultra rich have to pay the most taxes. it is called "progressive taxation" and has always been the system since income tax
