If shakespeare was so good, then why isn't he still alive, and why does nobody read his novels?

    Because Shakespeare is a playwright not a novelist. Because he's not immortal.

    Just because you don't know anyone who has read his works doesn't mean nobody is reading them. Don't worry, nobody knows who you are either so I guess that makes you, no good?

    It would be a bit difficult for him to still be alive seeing that he was born in 1564, and get a grip, he wrote plays and sonnets and poetry, no one wrote novels in 15th century england.
