You can buy "StarCraft II" from http://www.amazon.com/Starcraft-II-Battle-Chest-PC...
and activate in on Blizzard's Battle.net service - https://us.battle.net/login/en/ using "Starcraft 2 Authentication Key'" printed on CD sleeve. After activating, download StarCraft II game client to install & start playing the game
While Starcraft 2 has to be purchased only once, World of Warcraft is a subscription game. Currently, subscription to WoW costs:
