When you're boiling mad, I believe that lid must come off,

vent, express. Jesus HEAR us, cares.

By praying how you feel, WHY you feel this way,

you begin to...tamp on the brake.

When anger rages, I see red, ready to charge.

Breathing is important, not 'rage breathing',

calm, even breathing.

Repeating some scripture...'For God loved the world'...

or 'Jesus was tempted in all ways'...look online, have ready.

Even bad stuff needs our forgiveness so we're not destroyed.

I was rejected by family and the whole rotten town i was born in.

Guess what ? I had rage big times and i needed this anger to

survive. Guess who i always met along the way? It took a long

time to discover that the Lord Jesus is happy to answer prayer and

i no longer have to do it myself. It only took about 40 years.

Pray for peace. Meditate and read scripture. If you are a Christian who is guided by the Holy Spirit, this will work. If you are an atheist, it will not.
