If a question is asked and specifically directed to Christians why do JWs answer? Is this a wolf in sheep's clothing thingy?

U're right; Jw are NOT christians. they are anti-christ. specifically.

On this site, we are not supposed to address any question solely to any specific group. All questions are open to anyone to offer an answer. If I ask a question about God creating the universe, I cannot say I only want Christians to answer, or that I don't want atheists to answer.

Secondly, JWs obviously consider themselves to be Christians, so of course they are going to think they 'qualify' to answer your "Christians only" question. They sincerely believe themselves to be the only 'true Christians' in the world, actually.

As for a wolf in sheep's clothing situation, yes, I would say JWs work very hard at appearing to be Christians, but most of them are not because 99% of them fail the test of being in the faith as specified in 2 Corinthians 13:5 & Ephesians 1:13-14 & Romans 8 (first half of that chapter). Again, JWs would argue against what those verses say, parroting their 'other sheep' doctrine to excuse themselves for not meeting that requirement. It's very sad. There are none so blind as those who don't want to see, and they just don't want to see that they are followers of a group of men in America, not Jesus Christ. However, you can always use this R&S site to expose such matters!

Its daft to address any question to Christians as those who self claim to be so cannot be, and those who are do not make claims to be so nor know they are.

Give me a claimed Christian and i'll show scripturally why their specific claim is a false one, including every single JW!

Regardless of your personal view, a Christian is, by definition, someone who claims belief in Jesus Christ our lord and savior. So, yes, we are Christians. No. We are not the wolves in sheep's clothing "thingy".

BTW, did you know that we had a convention back in 2007 with the theme "Follow the CHRIST". Hmm. Interesting, no? :)
