Is it healthier to drink a moderate amount of alcohol everyday or to binge drink alcohol everyother week ish?
Obviously neither is healthy, just curious

Actually 2 or less drinks a day have health benefits - binge drinking is more than two so not healthy. You can't average binge drinking over the week in other words.
