Should i get circumcised?
My foreskin is very thick and doesn't retract when i have an erection. I was able to retract it for the first time about 2 years ago. If i retract it than it presses against the bottom of the head and it hurts. I'm 17 btw.

Not all foreskins auto-retract fully in erection. Provided you can manually fully retract once erect you don't have phimosis.
However, it should never be painful or uncomfortable to retract your foreskin, or leave it retracted, whether flaccid or erect.
Since your foreskin hurts you when retracted then you need to do something about it. The ideal is indeed to get circumcised as not only is it the only sure, immediate and guaranteed permanent cure for phimosis but it has been proven to provide a lifetime of health and sexual benefits with no drawbacks. Please see http://www.circinfo.net/pdfs/GFM_EN_2015_05.pdf for health benefits information from an international group of respected doctors and research academics.
