Will the welfare of the people or the right to bare arms ever be taken out of the U.S. Constitution?

You will always have the right to bare arms unless you are a Muslim woman, then you don't even have the right to bare your head. So far as the right to "bear arms is concerned, what is so doggoned important about that. None of the people in the other countries of the western world find it necessary to carry guns.
