Why does my propane tank have two nozzles?

My sister recently obtained this yellow propane tank looking thing that has two valves, one has a red handle, the other has a blue one, I'm wondering what the deal with this thing is because I've never seen a tank with two nozzles before and I can't find anything like it online.

    Unless it is labeled Propane, it is probably another gas. I think Map gas is in yellow canisters. It burns hotter than propane.

    It's not for propane.
