Im not for a consult with a doctor. Its because Ive got a question, do blood transfusions cure type two diabetes, or blood clots, really?

No. Not sure where you read that. But diabetes is not a blood disease, so a transfusion would have zero effect.
And blood clots are caused usually be problems in the arteries such as plaque breaking off and forming a clot. Again, nothing to do with the blood. Even if it is the blood is too thick, that's a systemic thing, so it would happen to any new blood.

There is no cure for diabetes.
Period.
But Type 2 Diabetes CAN BE CONTROLLED by eating a proper LOW-CALORIE DIET, getting a LOT more exercise, and LOSING WEIGHT.
Tyoe 2 Diabetes is a LIFESTYLE disease , caused by too much food and not enough exercise. A blood transfusion WILL NOT fix that.
A blood transfucion INCREASES the danger of blood clots, not cure it.
