I need something to read and watch videos on.?

Question

I need something like the kindle. Something that is easy on your eyes (e-ink), but at the same time allows you to read pdfs, powerpoints, epub and mobi file formats? It should also allow me to watch videos (mainly youtube videos).

It can't be a phone, i've currently got a sony z5 premium, but the screen is small and makes for hard bedtime reading.

I'm guessing a tablet would be useful for me, however i've never owned one so don't know where to start. I'm also looking at a budget under £120

A Kindle EREADER is easy on the eyes but has NO AUDIO AT ALL and CANNOT PLAY ANY VIDEOS.  Also has NO COLOR.  And Kindle ereader cannot read EPUBS.  Most other ereaders CANNOT read Mobis.  Kindle ereaders CANNOT read Adobe-DRM PDF ebooks, only plain PDFs, and people are usually disappointed trying to read PDFs on ANY 6-inch screen device because PDFs CANNOT adapt to a small screen.

An Amazon FIRE tablet is a limited sort-of-Android tablet that can only use apps from the Amazon app store (about 1/10 as many apps, and many are old or broken).   If Amazon does offer all of the apps you need for use on Fire and if their Silk browser will be suitable for your browsing needs, then a Fire might work for you but it is probably no easier on eyes than any other backlit color LCD.
