Liberal means different things outside the US. In Japan and Australia the Liberal party is the conservative party. In the UK the liberal party is in the middle. All major parties in the UK support immigration to a degree. The Conservatives were less so but even when they tried to limit immigration they failed and are still "liberal" by your standards.
Look at the demographics of the UK as a whole and i think it is still 85% white. The US is nowhere near that high. London and other big cities tend to be where minorities congregate.

Besides the fact that the article indicated in the so called question does not support any of the claims made in the question this is obviously a troll since, to win, the person would be elected by a majority of the people which would include non-muslims so obviously they are not worried about the asker's claims.
