Do I need to be circumcised?

My foreskin can be retracted when I'm soft. When I'm erect it hurts to retract it because it presses against the back if the glands. It is tight.

    You certainly need to see a doctor about your phimosis (tight, painful foreskin) as it needs to be able to be fully and freely retracted when erect for maximum sexual pleasure.

    The ideal is indeed to get circumcised as that is the only sure, immediate and guaranteed permanent cure for phimosis.

    No you can just have it whidened by a doctor.
