Mars is approaching opposition. Has anyone here had a good view yet? What have you seen and with what instrument?

Update:

I've only used my ETX so far, and that was on an unsteady night with Mars low down. So nothing was visible except a reddish smimmery disk.

Yes, My naked eyes with glasses and my brain. Mars is brighter and larger than Antares. i just need clear skies to the south around and after midnight, which I may not have tonight.

You can plainly see the disk; generally I used to be able to see evidence of the polar ice caps, but... probably my eyes are getting worse, but I haven't seen a discernible difference this month - using a 10" reflector.
