what does ''reassessed'' mean ?

i got this email from my attorney

I told miles to ask the therapist when they think they can make the referral for you to be ''reassessed'' for the program.

    They will re-evaluate, re-consider, or give it a second thought. Generally it means that they had doubts the first time around and they are giving it a second thought as to whether or not they will allow you to participate in a program
