The only thing you can do to reach your full potential is to live a healthy life.

That includes eating a healthy diet, rich in protein and nutrients. Exercising regularly staying Physically Active. And maintaining proper sleep habits where is you get enough sleep.

None of these things or anything else can make you taller than your genetically programmed to be, but these things will help you maximize your potential.

Are you a boy or girl? If you weren't brainless, you would know girls reach full height earlier than boys.

But, if you weren't brainless, you would know your height is genes. There's nothing you can do to be taller.

You can't! You do keep growing until you're in your 20s though so you've got a long time before you know how tall you'll be!
