How can I work out my butt and thighs?
I have a gym membership, do yoga, and go hiking once in a while. I am trying to get in better shape, and my butt and thighs are by biggest problem, I got sick last year, and lost some weight, I want my butt to get bigger. I also have some BAD cellulite in that area. So I want a bigger butt with less cellulite. When I go to the gym and used the machines that work that area, it's really weird because they're not hard for me. I don't think that it's me not using enough weight. I used the highest weight before reaching the point where I can't move it, but that's still easy for me. those machines don't make me sore. But anyway, what can I do? I am so self conscious about my but and upper thighs right now. you have no idea.

If you're using max weight at the gym and not feeling it, talk to a personal trainer. Either you're doing something wrong or you're already very fit or those machines aren't maxing out at much weight at all.
To get rid of excess fat, eat clean and do cardio exercise.
To work your butt/thighs do exercises like squats and lunges to work those areas. You can also look up other exercises online to target those areas by doing a search on butt exercise or leg exercises.
