How come people accept what political candidates say without evidence, while claiming that they don't accept things without evidence?

    a third of country have IQs below 70 , their votes count exactly the same as anyones , an IQ of 70 today would be 50 25 years ago and the politicians know it

    I go to sites like Snopes, Factcheck.org and Politifact all the time. I find them hugely valuable resources.
