Is my dad ungrateful?

I gave my dad a Father's Day card that I hand wrote and he yelled at me saying. Your old enough to buy me gifts and stuff! Your the worst boy ever. Even tho my older brother didn't give him anything. But he only yelled at me. Cause my brother was asleep. But when my brother woke up he didn't saying anything to him. Im 15 and my brother is 17. He also gives me a lot of money to buy stuff and was probably expecting a gift but I was taught that something from the heart is way more important then a gift. Apparently not to my dad. He hasn't talked me to since today. Only talked to my brother. And keep in mind my brother didn't give my dad anything. Not even a card
