Sudden back and chest acne?!?
For years now I ve struggled with acne on my face that just stays the same but now all of a sudden I m getting acne on my back,neck and chest.
What could have caused this sudden outbreak and how can I get rid of it??

i watch Dr. McDougall on youtube and heard him say if a person cut out all sources of fat/oil for two months that their acne would improve greatly. He promotes a starchy vegan diet with NO fats or oils that aren't naturally found in starchy vegan foods. (even veggies have some oil in them like corn and avocados)

Get bevoline, it will get rid of your acne. It's cheaper on Amazon if you have prime. I hope my answer helps:)
