Actually, you can. Anyone can sue anyone for anything. What would happen though is that you'd lose and you'd have to pay the person you are suing their legal costs and probably your own, the judge would not let the state pay for such a stupid case.

You can only sue if there is damage you want to be compensated for. There has been no damage. Of course if you like wasting pots of money on legal fees, go ahead.

In order to win a law suit you have to prove that damage occurred, the party you are suing is responsible for the damage and you suffered a loss as a result of those damages. For instance if someone runs into your car, you can sue them for the damages they caused to your car, but you can only sue them for reasonable damages. You can make them pay for a rental while your car is being repaired but you can't make them buy you a new television since they didn't cause damage to your television.

Your question is stupid because if you can sue someone for being gay, why can't they counter sue you for being straight? Everyone would have grounds to sue everyone. I may not agree with your choices but I can't sue you because of them.
