What would Yahoo! do if nearly all the top answerers went on a strike until this was a monetized site like YouTube?

Just curious about your thoughts. Maybe it wouldn't matter because questions would still be answered by folks not in top rating. And of course maybe it's just impossible since such a strike would be extremely difficult to organize.

I doubt any changes would take place. Yahoo is trying to get get of it anyway. That is why it is not updating and correcting glitches for weeks or months. Slowly people who gave good answers are leaving. A strike will not help us now. It's too late.

I thought all of the top answerers already left. I don't even see them on here anymore. It's only people you are more familiar with.

There are already monetized answer sites. No reason to create more.

They'd let the site die. It's not like they're making a fortune out of it now.
