My cat hasn't eaten in three days due to tapeworms?
Hi ya'll my cat Lexa has had tapeworms for apparently a few days and hasn't eaten food in 3 days, including today, I have no money until Friday in order to take her to the vet. She is still drinking water, though very little and is sleeping a lot and seems normal when awake. She does use to litter about 3 times a day but diarrhea and with tapeworm in it. She also vomits and yesterday morning I did find worms in it along with a little bit a blood, no worms and blood in her vomits since.
She refuses to eat, even her fave pates! Iam officially anxious so any advice will be appreciated, i'am aware Iam tight on money things weren't like this, but thats another story. Iam willing to take her in to a shelter if I absolutely must.

Those are roundworms you see, and if she is puking them up she has quite the payload of them, and has had them for a long time. If she's not eating and is throwing up worms, you might not have until Friday. You are going to go from a sick cat to a very sick and dehydrated cat which is going to cost you a whole lot more. Borrow the money or get Care Credit and get her seen. This should have been taken care of quite a while ago - she has had worms for a long time not just a couple days.

IF she is pooping tapeworms, she has had tapeworms i her system for a long time. She needs to go to the vet and needs to go now. See if there is a vet who will treat her and let you pay them later.
