Is this a full gaming rig or but part of one?(link provided)?

So I was looking up some budget gaming desktops and I found one that looks like a really good value but I'm not sure if it's the full thing or not, can someone make this clear to me

    It's a barebone. It has some of what you need-mainly case, power supply and motherboard, but the most expensive things and some cheap ones you still need to add. By that I mean CPU, GPU, memory, ssd, dvd, hdd, ...
