should I continue to play league of legends?

I got very addicted to the game called league of legends long story short I m over it now I hadn t played it in six months then the other day I played a couple games and turned it off each game is like 30ish or so minutes I then was productive with my day gym, work etc.

I really miss the game a lot. I felt extremely bad for playing it after that long time frame cause I thought id never play again i used to play hours on hours I never want to waste my time that way again. however my playstation I play for an hour or two an turn off I always tend to miss league I absolutely love the game

I know alcoholics are addicted to alcohol drug addicts addicted to drugs. so this game in a sense was my weakness but its also feels like rewarding to myself when I let myself play it once every two weeks or so thing is I don t want to start playing it more and more again over time. cause I want to stay productive as I have been in the real world. but some times i day dream about the game etc etc and just have a strong craving to play it after i played it once i felt bad though turned it off. so I just wonder should I play it every now and again or do you think that would ultimately be a bad thing for me to do? its like a craving I just have so much fun on the game. and yeah.. it sucks would it be healthy to play every now and then or is my personality just to addictive to things like this etc? thanks for any serious advice or anyone who gives me great helpful stuff thank you.
