Alcohol is only in your best milk for a short period of time. If you don't get wasted and stop drinking at a reasonable time, it won't be in your milk by morning. If you want to pump and dump in the morning, you can for your own peace of mind.

It depends on several factors, such as:
- Your age
- Your height
- Your weight
- How healthy your liver currently is
- What mood you're in at the time of drinking
I suggest seeing a GP (doctor). They can give you good advice about how much is safe to drink.

If you're breastfeeding you shouldn't drink alcohol. End of story.

Drink what you want (within reason). However, as long as you are intoxicated, you should not nurse your baby. In the morning, when the alcohol has gone through your system, you will be ok to nurse.

Switch to formula... Many women don't breast-feed at all.
