Post nasal drip is RUINING my life?

So I got post nasal drip today and it hurts SO BAD! I always get it!! Is there any good remedies to help it go away faster? And is there any way to prevent it from coming back? I have a very important schedule tomorrow!? Thanks

    What are you taking for it? Products with pseudafedrine actually work, although in the US you have to sign for them. I like Advil Cold & Sinus when it's mild, Mucinex D when it's really bad.
