What are some examples of Orthodox Jews becoming "Messianic Jews "?
Specifically, I'm looking for current examples (i.e. no examples from 100 years ago) and those who were actually Orthodox (as opposed to members of an Orthodox synagogue).
Also, how many of those had a Orthodox Jewish education?
kaganate, good point. However, in the past "made me kosher" was in a position to supply such a list and his list only had people from almost 100 years ago or even older. I found that quite odd since he retells us how long he has been a "Messianic Jew" and how he has traveled etc. Thus, one would think that he would draw on his personal experience to give examples.
The reason I brought it up is because recently I came across an odd claim in which it was claimed Jonathan Cahn was ordained by a rabbi who converted to "Messianic Judaism". I couldn't verify that Jonathan Cahn made that claim or the identity of this "rabbi". See /question/index?qid=20160...
In addition, I came across a claim that Sid Roth was Orthodox. In that case, I was able to verify that, in fact, while his family went to an Orthodox synagogue...
they were not Orthodox themselves. He himself has made claims about an "Orthodox Israeli rabbi" who converted. Unfortunately, the person is only identified as "Rabbi Joseph" making it hard to verify.
I should amend my statement: "made me kosher" gave two examples from over 100 years ago and only one example of someone who is still current, but no one from his own personal experience.
The one that is current, Joseph Shulam, has an odd claim on his own website. He claims he studied an an Orthodox Yeshiva for three and a half years. Yet this yeshiva is not identified. This is the ONLY place that is NOT identified by name.

Why ask?
What would you do if Kosher Jesus Rock or JohnnyB.Loved gave you a list of Jewish looking names with the allegation that these are all great paragons of Orthodoxy who found Jesus?
Do you have a way to verify and disprove the list?

The Catholic Church is the One True Church and a person can know this with certainty by reciting the rosary carefully daily.
