I've lost 4 pounds this week from the flu. How to keep if off once I'm well again?

I've lost my appatite because of being sick. My husband brought fast food for dinners but I still lost 4 pounds. I'm overweight and losing those 4 pounds put me at the top of healthy weight for my height. So how can I avoid gaining them back?

Update:

I'm drinking a lot of water (more than normal and avoiding caffeine) so I don't think it's all water weight I'm losing.

You lost water weight due to being sick. It will come back naturally after your body is rehydrated and healthy again.

To lose weight when you're feeling better, burn more calories than you eat. Add some exercise to your daily routine.

What my old ex use to do was walk for a bit then jog then walk and jog (and so on) for 20-30 minutes a week
