I've lost my appatite because of being sick. My husband brought fast food for dinners but I still lost 4 pounds. I'm overweight and losing those 4 pounds put me at the top of healthy weight for my height. So how can I avoid gaining them back?

You lost water weight due to being sick. It will come back naturally after your body is rehydrated and healthy again.
To lose weight when you're feeling better, burn more calories than you eat. Add some exercise to your daily routine.
