When to start training again after having the flu?

My family and I came down with the flu Thursday night. Feeling better today. No more fevers and only an occasional cough. I'm restless from sitting still and lying around so long but don't want to get worse by exercising too soon. What to do?

    u dont have to wait if u feel able to, just make sure u r taking extra nutrients
