Hi, unusual question. Thanks in advance?

Is it possible to have a name or word that begins with Y, where the Y functions as a vowel and is pronounced as a long 'i' sound?

In other words an initial Y that sounds like 'eye'?

examples: ylem (eye-lem)

even though the foregoing word is pronounced as 'ee-lem' as per the Oxford English dictionary.

I know of a girl whose name is YNEZ - it's pronounced as "ee-nez".

    There's also a surname YBANEZ - "ee-banyez"
