How can I clean wine sediment from my antique wine decanter? I have so far tried white vinegar and rice. No luck yet.?

    Try denture cleaning tablets. Then use the bottle brush. It may take 3-4 times. If that doesn't work try some bleach cut with water and let it soak for an hour or two.
