How is it that a few people do not have a comment bar beside their answers?

That means the user has blocked you.........and not recognizing the name, is not really a good indicator of whether you know the person or not.........since many haters often try to hide behind constant name changes .

They may have blocked you , under a name you would instantly recognize, (and perhaps then understand instantly, why they blocked you)..........and then they changed their avatar or name to something else.

I get that all time.........names and avatars I've never seen...........some even level 1.........who have me blocked!

Doesn't mean I don't know them..............they might have been suspended for attacking me........then created 5 new level 1 sock puppets and the first thing they do, is block me............with these new socks.

That's why there's dozens of users here, who I can't commnent on their answers.

Most, are probably the same person, with like 50 accounts.

lol I think it means you're block from that user...if a user block you you don't see a comment next to their answers. Meaning you can't leave a message, and no this does not have anything to do with using mobile.

Sometimes, the comment bar doesn't appear because the page hasn't fully loaded.

Sometimes, you don't see a comment bar because that person has blocked you.

It may be that your mobile needs to be in desktop mode or the one answering has you blocked.

If it is just not there on one answer only that suggests you are blocked.

You have been blocked and even if you might not recognize the user name, it could be a name change or another account started by a user you did know.

I think the only way it would be the mobile device is if none of the comment sections were showing. I know I have a lot of odd problems with my Tablet. I find it odd that it's someone blocking you because the ones that it's happened to me are users I've never heard of.

It means they have blocked you so you cannot comment on their answer.

That means the user has you blocked.

Those are the people that have blocked you.
