She thinks he's great... just let her think so. I'm sure he has some appealing qualities. Just tell her you're happy for her and let it go.

Just say something like "yeah, I'm so happy for you!" or nod. But don't make it sound like you "like" him. Speaking what you're thinking is definitely not a good idea in this situation.
