"What if they gave a Presidential Election and nobody came?"
This would the best outcome of the US election this round. Why? Because it would de-legitimize the system that we have in place today which has clearly been corrupted by corporate elite special interests and it's buying of power through our "representatives".
The system is broken, and it needs to be fixed. If nobody showed up, there is the possibility that we would have to have a serious discussion about it. But since this will not happen, we will be staring a revolution in the face in 40+ years, is my prediction.

Are you kidding?
This election has a lot of people ready to vote and then some.
Why? Because they don't want Trump to be president.
Send that short fingered vulgarian back to Trump Tower. (Unfortunately for me, since I'm a New Yorker. However, he doesn't mix with anyone but supermodels and the super rich, so I'm safe.)

Is it possible to boycott the National Elections all together? When neither candidate is more than a political joke, do we have to fall for the joke? If it doesn't matter who wins, the country loses either way, why bother? Give me some good reasons to get out of bed in November. Thank you.

Nobody is. After listening to all the Righteous indignation of Michelle Obama against Donald Trump and all of the asserted trumped up charges by the national media and nothing against Saint Hillary and Bill the Apostate. Another four years of the Bill and Hillary Show. Would all the good Republicans please send Michelle Obama a cigar, Bill Clinton needs a good smoke.

Since you ask, that's pretty darn close to what happened this time. The really caoabke and charismatic leaders in both parties chose to sit it out rather than risk their credibiity in the viciously partisan mud-slinging that is presidential politics today.

Then the electoral college will choose the President, and with no votes, the state legislatures will choose the electors, as the constitution says they should. There will still be a President.

the most-entrenched, insider, part-of-the-problem candidate would win....
....now, does it make more sense why so many self-proclaimed hillary supporters are making this process as disgusting as possible rather than sing her praises as a qualified candidate?
