Have you seen results from portioning?

I need to lose 20 lbs. do you think portioning will help and how long do you think it'll take.

    Definitely. Cut out breads as much as possible for faster results. Try having an egg white scramble with 3 eggs, chopped up veggies, and salsa for brunch. Bake a chicken breast and steam some veggies with lemon juice salt & pepper for dinner. Make sure to exercise for at least a short time each day (even if it's just fast walking somewhere or going up & down the stairs for 15 mins or dancing to your favorite music). You should notice the results starting after 3-4 days. If you get hungry between meals, be careful to have healthy low fat snacks stocked and ready. Yogurt, almonds, veggies with fat free salad dressing for dip... Make sure to take lots of fibre as well. Benefibre or something like that. Drink lots of water to flush out your body. Good luck! :)

    Only thing that ever worked for me is counting calories, which involves portioning too.
