Why is it called feminism?
Ok so I've heard many feminists say that feminism was about equality for all sexes. But it seems like it's more orientated towards promoting woman privilege. There are also many public documented cases of feminists and "feminazis" alike promoting and supporting anti-masculine words and actions. Just the word "feminism" itself promotes an image of female favoritism. If it was truly about equality between the sexes, why does it have the gender-specific name of "feminism" and not the truly gender equal name of "omnisexualism"?

"Why is it called feminism?"
Because originally, feminism was the movement for women to be emancipated in society, with the same legal Rights and opportunities that common men had gained over the previous decades, at that time.
Women > female> femme > feminism
Of course, we are talking ancient history now as all adult women in the west are fully emancipated, legally autonomous citizens with all the same legal Rights as every other citizen ... including men. And this has been the case for a long time now. And TODAY's feminism bears little resemblance to a group that is fighting for Rights and opportunities ... but they want us to BELIEVE that this is the case in order to push their nefarious, non Rights based agendas as "equality".
What passes for Feminism today under the Third Wave incarnation is more along the lines of social engineering with the idea of breaking down our free western nations, in order to rebuild them so they align with cultural Marxist values .... whether any of us actually want that or not. No discussion on the matter.
