Ok so I've heard many feminists say that feminism was about equality for all sexes. But it seems like it's more orientated towards promoting woman privilege. There are also many public documented cases of feminists and "feminazis" alike promoting and supporting anti-masculine words and actions. Just the word "feminism" itself promotes an image of female favoritism. If it was truly about equality between the sexes, why does it have the gender-specific name of "feminism" and not the truly gender equal name of "omnisexualism"?

So I am a self producer, I write songs and record them on my own laptop and low-quality equipment (earbuds because I can't afford more at the moment). So when I was recording, I was doing it to the instrumental of Big Seans 4th quarter, which has a crazy heavy bass. That being said, I record a few seconds before it starts and my voice is amazing, but then as soon as it hits my voice initially drowns out to sound like I'm drowning, with an unintentional 'wahwah' effect, then "levels out" as in you can hear it, but it's staticky af. Is there any way I can stop that from happening?

My dad wants to control my life when i go to college, and im under 18 so his name will be on the promissary note and stuff. I have scholarships that I ve already accepted. That s all the background information. My question is, after i start my first year of college, he threatens to call and have my scholarships revoked if i go to see my girlfriend when he doesn t want me to. Can he do that?

So I'm getting my girlfriend a promise ring, but I know that usually both wear it in the relationship, so when I buy hers do I buy my own too or does she get mine or what?

In call of duty black ops 3. We play on opposite teams to keep it competitive and I always kill her before she sees me. Even the neighbors have complained a few times because they thought it was domestic violence lol. It's quite fun

So I moved in with my dad about 4 months ago, because I had been living with my mom but we had differences in religion and it caused major problems so I moved in with my dad, and I knew it wouldn't be that much better but I would have a little bit more freedom as well as moral relief, and I didnt try to move in with someone outside the family because I knew the law only truly protected me in the family and I had not turned 17 yet anyways, but now I am 17 since July 1st. But my dad subjects me to tremendous stress and verbal abuse. He constantly is yelling at me, stating that I'm stupid and I'm dumb and he should put me in a mental home because I can't think clearly and I am incapable of using common sense and all these other things. The reasons why he says this are very trivial, such as I forgot to do something like turn the lights on around the house at night or while I locked the house door, I forgot to lock the screen door or I forgot to take out the trash, or even that I misunderstood or didnt hear clearly what he said with his deep toned voice. I am hard of hearing so I have trouble hearing what he says, especially when he mumbles in an attempt to yell at me for not hearing him, and he words things strangely to confuse me so that he can yell and say those things, also blaming anything I enjoy doing on why i'm so stupid, anything from video games to my girlfriend, just to find a cause for him to "fix". I tried lucid dreaming, by remaining fully relaxing and laying on my back in the corpse position, (and yes there was some sound, a tv, but I couldn't help it so I just tuned it out) but about 10 minutes in my arm involuntarily swung and hit me in the face. Immediately after I saw a shadow that dissipated quickly. I then ignored it and tried a second time. That time, my arms swung up into the position people are put in when they're in coffins. That time I stopped trying and haven't been able to go back to sleep after 35 minutes. Ever since I've had insane goosebumps and have been completely paranoid, and it may all have been in my mind, but should I be concerned?

So me and my girlfriend will have been together for one year in September. I want to take her on our first date then, but idk where to take her. I will be driving and paying for her, and its kinda a small town in north Carolina but i guess i could take her to like Asheboro or Greensboro. Keep in mind we're both 17, and I'm on a Bojangles paycheck budget. I've gotten everything figured out, except for where i could take her. Please help!!

Ok so last semester i was best friends with this girl. we would hang out all the time and we always had the best time together. Also, i liked her, but i didnt think she'd like me back because shes really picky about who she dates, and if a friend likes her and she doesnt like them back, she'll leave them alone until they get over it, which means total ignoring, and i didnt want that. Well i started hanging around with this other girl, and i started feeling a little bit for her, so i had to choose, and so i figured it was better to stay friends with the first girl and not risk our friendship, and just chase after the second girl, who i never got to date. Me and the second girl are friends though, which the first girl didnt like, since i always got hurt by the second girl. I asked the first girl for advice and she gave me some, but she didnt want me to stay friends with her, but i did anyway. Now, the first girl wont even look at me. She's been ignoring me for over a month. Why is she doing this? Is it because she likes me?

Second question (this is for people who believe in meanings behind dreams): I've been trying to fix things with the first girl for a while, but she would never give me a chance, so eventually i just gave up trying. For the past 2 days, i've been dreaming about her. In the first one, i cant remember much, but either she went to me, or i went to her and she actually let me talk to her, and we made up and stayed friends. In the second one last night, i had a dream that i went to her and tried to fix things, and she let me, and one thing led to another and we ended up dating... Does these two dreams mean anything? Or am i just dreaming about what i wanted and what i missed out?

It has to be able to be testable. it has to have change over time. it has to be able to have an independant variable, and a dependant variable that can be changed. i have one month left and i still dont have an idea. Thank you

Im a 14 year old boy. i dont smoke or anything like that. for some reason out of no where for the past 2 days, i felt a buzzing in my head that lasts 2 or 3 seconds, and then a small headache after. i dont know whats happening. please help me
