Will a 16 y/o be tried as an adult in this felony case? Georgia?
16y/o boy was charged with hunting on public road, hunting at night and hunting large game. He had a hunting license. He was arrested but bailed out. He was driving down the road shining deer, shooting at them from the road, at around 1am. Georgia.
Also just fyi I'd like him to be tried as an adult so be as honest as possible. He's an idiot who doesn't need to have a gun, or a car. If this doesn't do him in he's gonna do something really bad later.

Hunting at night, First offense is a misdemeanor. (27-3-48. Hunting deer at night)
Hunting from a public road is also a misdemeanor. (27-3-10. Hunting upon or discharging weapons across a public road)
Sorry...probably a $1000 fine, court costs and a two year suspension of hunting privileges.
