Trump has experience actually building teams like you describe. He has experience hiring people based on their actual qualifications. Hillary just surrounds herself with her cronies. It is Trump who will build the team you describe. Hillary will just have a bunch of yes men/women.

No, Trump has no idea what he's talking about. He has no idea how the law, or government works. He has no understanding of international affairs, certainly doesn't know better than the generals, and is apparently unaware of the fact world trade has made the U.S. dollar the world reserve currency.

Trump's view of the world is dangerously wrong on many counts.

Economically, for instance (going through all his policies would take pages and pages), he has proposed debt default, failing to understand just how much the American system rests on the world having confidence in the dollar.

The second idea, is to take the U.S. off globalization, which is essentially taking the U.S. off the American system, since by and large, the rules HAVE been written by the U.S.
