Advice on making only tips?

Im 23, and about to start a new job at a local grocery store being a bagger where the store doesn't pay the baggers, the customers do. I have 2+ years of being a bagger, but this highers the bar since I got to relay on tips to make a living . Yes, theres signs posted saying the store doesn't pay for its baggers. What do yall have in mind? By the way, it's a military base

I think you are missing something.

This kind of pay structure is illegal. And that's not going to be happening on a military base.

Tipped employees must earn a minimum of the state's minimum wage, which $2.13 is paid by the employer.

There is more to being a tipped employee that you should learn about.

Won't bagging cut into your lucrative and genius jewelry polishing gig that you've been droning on about for days? And what about the car washing that you didn't know was called, "detailing?" Did that not work out?

A Hunch is right. You also seem to know nothing about tipped jobs, either. They still pay a wage.
