With so much spare time, I wash cars on the side to earn money (clean cars, wax, clean rims, interior cleaning, vacuum, wipe downs, clean door jams, complete detail). I have good prices. Im very motivated, and hate being home all the time.

Do you think it would look good, and professional if I called around to buy here, pay here lots, and car lots to see if they have any cars they will like clean, and hopefully be a regular car care person for them? Benefits me as well as them.

What do you think? I don't want to use my debit card over the internet to buy umbrellas in bulk. Resold them online, Facebook, and Flea Markets on rainy days, before, and after it rains. Smart, or bad idea?

My rent is $450 but last year, it was $449. April 2017 is when the least ends, it may go up to $475. Do I have any law to protect me for it to not go up? I live in Ga. My rent is never late, and I don't bother anyone.
