So paranoid about pregnancy I had sex witht friend a few days ago with a condom I m scared I might be pregnant please help!

Relax, if you used a condom the right way and the whole time, your chances of pregnancy are very low. If you're worried, then go on birth control and use condoms. Doubling-up creates the lowest risks possible. But relax, I'm sure you're not pregnant.

You used a condom, which is 99.9% effective at preventing pregnancy. I don't think there's any reason for you to be worried.
If you are really worried about getting pregnant and you are distrustful of just using condoms, I would suggest going on birth control to help decrease your chances.
