how do i meet new girls?! help?!?
im in college and i like to spend my time exercising. last week my friend was with a girl and i joined them. the girl whispered something to my friend and looked at me and i thought maybe i had **** on my face or something. then she asked me what my name was and then she said "woooooow"and i got more confused. i just left because i didnt know what to say. today a girl asked me to show her an exercise and then i showed her and she kept giggling and pretending she didnt know even though her form was actually better than most people ive taught. again, i didnt make a move or try to at least be her friend or even ask her name. now i regret it but at the same time, i dont see myself as the kind of guy that gets girls. why? because i am insecure and shy. which girls hate. is there any hope for me? what can i do?

talk to them. dude they are all over you. even if you are insecure dont try to cover it up just try little. tell them good job if they are doing a good job and say hey i work out a lot if you want me to show you any more exercises or want a work out buddy i will give you my number and we could work out sometime or get her number and text her some time asking if she wants to do leg day or arm day together. girls do not hate insecure and shy its so hot sometimes and nice trust me. just dont ask us to make too many decisions we are indecisive and personally questions take me forever to decide so thats where the whole girls hate shy guys come from. b e you and obviously you will get girls every girl wants a guy thats in shape and one to keep her in shape

Don't bother with girls like that... they're just being silly. It's ok to be insecure... just try little exercises to become more confident. Girls don't hate shy guys as long as they try to make a little effort getting to know people (which you're doing!!! :) ). I would go to parties and mixers and local restaurants. Join a dinner club or another club you like.
