Why is it that Lucifer(Satan) wanted to be just like God, be as powerful and as glorious as he? Wasn't being an angel of the Lord enough?

Satan was also one of the most beautiful Chubs there were in his class of angle. his pride got into his way and he was kicked out of heaven for a short time he went and tricked Eve in eating of the forbidden fruit. he also went and tried to get Jesus to sin did not work. Satan is being guarded by Michael the arch angel now until it is time to set him free one more time to tempt mankind one final time. you see Satan wants us to worship him and many will believe he is Jesus when he comes because he will bring world peace to earth and do many signs and wonder to fool even the elect if he can. You will not find that in the Bible. That is made up of man, not truth. According to Jesus in John 8:42-47, Satan is the father or source of all evil and lies, just as God is the Father or source of all good and truth.

i heard a story that they were jealous that humans, made of dirt, were placed higher than them. But God made us this way so that we could be like him.
