Average for your age and most teens and 20 somethings is at least once a day. Safest sex you can have is solo sex. Enjoy yourself when you can't enjoy someone else.

Whatever feels right.
Some people do it 1 - 3 times a day
Some people do it 1 - 3 times a week
Personally 1 - 3 a week is enough

Try 8 times per day. Though, I recommend 20 times as it's what I always do, but it's better to start out small.
