How to decrease winter nosebleeds?
Every winter around this time I start getting nosebleeds. We use humidifiers to try and keep the air in the house moist, but I still get them. I do have slightly elevated bllod pressure which is likely part of the problem. But does anyone have any other suggestions to try and decrease nosebleeds around the winter months?

Take a pea-sized lump of Vaseline on your little finger and rub it around the inside of your nostril.
