first one performs better. 6350 is a stronger cpu and the 1050 is the stronger gpu, lets estimate both at 15% faster. So you can say the first 1 will be 15% faster than the 3rd one, so is 15% worth 90? If you wanted to break it down to fps/$ they come out pretty much the same.
rx 460 is an inferior card to the 1050, about even in dx 12 games but in dx 11 1050 is considerable faster
