Jehovah's Witnesses 2016 Yearbook Service Year Report, where can I find what the "30 Other Lands" are and the statistics on each one?

I am doing some research and am really curious what the others are, and am wondering just why they were not individually listed. Finding the missing information would be very helpful.

    Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Bhutan, China, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, North Korea, Kuwait, Laos, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Somalia, Syria, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Western Sahara and Yemen.

    30 other lands refers to countries that are under ban. Such as China, Iran, Syria, and so forth.
