Why does the penis get super sensitive after ejaculation ?

Bf said it hurts and is almost painful. What ever we are doing at the time we

have to stop all movement. Is this common in males ?

    Males have what is known as a "Refractory period", it is a time after orgasm/ejaculation that the body needs to recover.

    Among the things that happen is the penis getting super sensitive because the nerve endings are hyper stimulated.
